What does being a Volunteer mean to you? How has UT empowered you to make a difference in a way you might not have imagined elsewhere?

“To me, being a Volunteer means standing up for what is right even when it goes against the grain. Through my leadership positions, I have been able to positively impact the engineering graduate student community by hosting professional development activities, funding international conference travel, and forming connections with local technical experts across the engineering profession.”
