What does being a Volunteer mean to you? How has UT empowered you to make a difference in a way you might not have imagined elsewhere?

“Being a Vol means contributing to my students’ and community’s interests in life-long learning. UT has empowered me to make a difference by providing me with resources and showing genuine enthusiasm for my research and teaching. The scholarly community and professional support that I have at UT is something that I cherish and that I know some of my colleagues at other institutions wish they had.”
